2023 was a good year for Tango with Cows, thanks especially to Princeton, the Bavarian State Library, the University of Iowa, the University of Arizona, and Merrill Berman for ordering deluxe copies! The standard edition was acquired by the British Library, Amherst, Dartmouth, the University of Utah, Harvard, the Huntington Library, the Stedelijk Museum, Smith College, the University at Buffalo, the University of Cambridge, Reed College, and Rare Book School. Thanks to all for supporting the project!

Berlin State Library Event
December 4, 2023

There was a one day exhibition at the Berlin State Library today in collaboration with the Cluster of Excellence 2020 "Temporal Communities: Doing Literature in a Global Perspective” project at the Freie Universität Berlin. But if you missed it there is also a website—https://www.temporal-communities.de/explore/listen-read-watch/tango-translation-typography/index.html—which features some great video interviews with Eugene, an essay by me, and a link to images of the books in the exhibition.

I will be talking about Tango with Cows at the upcoming Society for the History of Authorship, Reading and Publishing (SHARP) Annual Conference 2023: Affordances and Interfaces, https://sharpweb.org/sharp2023/. I am excited to talk about the bibliographic aspects of the project with a bunch of bibliography nerds! Also excited to hear my co-panelist, Élika Ortega, talk about Print-Digital Books.
